I have had the pleasure of owning only one boat, which I purchased brand new back in 2016. I immediately became a customer of American Marine based on a recommendation. I have been totally satisfied and have always found Keith to be very honest and reliable. I continue to put my full trust in Keith and his staff.

We purchased our first boat, a brand new KW 244CC, from Keith at the Nassau Coliseum boat show. Keith was very knowledgeable and made us feel confident in our purchase, and personally delivered our boat from Commack to Freeport at no extra cost. Months later, Keith is still regularly available and quickly repaired a factory issue with one of our Yamaha motors.

I have been using American Marine for the past 15 years for all repair and maintenance on my Boston Whaler 19 Outrage. They honor their appointments and all work is done on time. I have never had a mechanical issue while on the water. Very knowledgeable in all facets of boat operations, as this is a third generation business.

We live in Kentucky, but ordered a Key West 263 FS from Keith. He was professional, communicated well throughout the process, and even helped us map a better route home. He offered to FaceTime with any issues since we live 12 hours away. His customer service is the absolute best, and he even brought the boat outside of New York City for us.

I have been getting my boat serviced by Keith for over 10 years with no issues. Summer is short, so I depend on Keith every year to make sure my boat is ready to go in the spring and run strong into the fall. Very knowledgeable and professional.

I have been having my outboard serviced by American Marine for 7 years. I have always been pleased with their professional services, and thankful for Chris and Keith's honest and direct approach to a trouble free season without unnecessary expense.

Keith went over and above when I purchased a used boat from American Marine. My son thought there may have been an issue with it under full throttle, so Keith went out of his way to where the boat was docked to see what was going on. Great people and great service, they obviously care about their business.

I have been to this establishment 2 times now. Keith and his staff are some of the most honest, professional people I have ever met. As a new boater, figuring out how to fix and maintain a boat is intimidating, but Keith takes the time to explain everything. American Marine really got me out of a jam.

Keith and his team are the perfect professionals. When I bottomed out and broke the prop by hitting a rock, I was able to make it back to Long Island from Connecticut, and with one phone call, Keith was waiting for us at a boat ramp, ready to take the boat back for repair. Keith is the real deal, full of integrity and honesty.

Keith and his team did a phenomenal job adding the Helm Master joystick system to my boat. Keith and I talked for months about it, and he was always honest about any work to be done.

We bought a new Key West FS263 this year. Keith was incredibly easy to deal with and made excellent suggestions on how to best equip the boat. There was never any upsell, just practical advice.
