5 Year 500-Hour Service

Our 500-hour service is a major preventative maintenance interval designed to protect long-term engine reliability and performance. In addition to annual service items, this visit typically includes timing belt inspection (if applicable), Fuel Vapor Separating System service (fuel and cooling side), fuel injector cleaning and flow testing, filter replacement, and a comprehensive fuel and mechanical system inspection. This service helps prevent fuel delivery issues, cooling failures, and performance loss while extending the life of your outboard.
